Summary

History

We ended up talking about every general Idea of the Romans and how we changed based on their mistakes and way of life.We base our lifestyle very much of the Romans. We started off a little differently, Romans Military talks about the myth of how the Empire and Rome began. It all started with Romulus and Remus and Romulus killed Remus because the two didn’t agree on the whereabouts of where the city should be.  We also aren’t as similar to the fighting style of the Romans. We have changed very much over the years with fighting tactics. But during the civil war, we were relatively similar by fighting in a square of people. History talks about some of the ranks and how you were assigned. The poorer you were closest to the front you were, richer you were further back you were. We inherited the most from the Romans through government. The Romans had the first republic government which we have today. They had a consul which was similar to our House of Republic and it carried over 500 people while our house of representatives carries just under 500. Also talked about their daily life which we had a slight inheritance. They would go to events such as gladiatorial events which we, of course, don’t have nowadays. They do have chariot races similar to our NASCAR. They would go to see a theater where the actors would only perform 1 play with a twist each time similar to our plays and movie theaters. Only difference is that we have more than one performance. The fall of Rome was described very well in Empire they talked about how the Government had corruption in it. It also had a bad economic situation with a majority of the population was poor.Almost all of these websites for the fact that they are well-known websites.
